Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper, minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (more/less to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Lettuce
- Hamburger buns
Instructions
- Mix everything except lettuce and bread in a bowl.
- Lightly mash chickpeas with a fork until hot sauce isn’t so soupy
- Serve on buns with lettuce
