Chickpea Avocado Feta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (juice one lime)
  • 1 container of Feta cheese (4-6 oz)
  • Pita bread, flatbread, or tortillas

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except pita in a bowl.
  2. Serve in pita

Notes

  • Add lettuce/spinach to pita before adding avocado mixture to add veggies and keep pita from getting soggy
