Ingredients
- 2 cans Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup Grapes, quartered
- 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp. Grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp. Soul Seasoning
- 1 tbsp. Dill Relish
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Large Croissants, for serving
Instructions
- Add chickpeas to a bowl and mash with potato masher until desired texture
- Add rest of ingredients to bowl. Stir.
- Spoon onto halved croissants
Notes
- Add walnuts for a little extra crunch
