Ingredients:
- 2 cups canned coconut milk
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup black chia seeds
- mixed berries
- granola
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, agave, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and mix well.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring once halfway through refrigeration time.
- Stir well and scoop into bowls. Top with granola and fresh berries.
