Ingredients
Batter:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup corn starch
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1 bag frozen cauliflower or 1 head fresh
Sauce:
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 6 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. chilli garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup orange juice (or juice of 2 oranges)
- dash of mushroom seasoning
Instructions
- Fry battered cauliflower.
- In wok, add 4 cloves of garlic and 1 tsp. of ginger. Fry until fragrant. Add sauce
until thickened. Add cauliflower and toss to coat. Serve with rice
