Ingredients
For the salad
- Mixed salad greens
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- ½ cup grated parmesan
For the dressing
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp creole seasoning
- ½ tsp herbs de provence
- ¾ cup avocado oil
Instructions
- Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
- Add rest of ingredients except for oil. Add oil slowly while whisking
- Combine salad ingredients and top with desired amount of dressing.
- Serve with bread.
